Winnipeg, MB  (June 16, 2023) – Forge FC lose its third match of the 2023 campaign to Valour FC after being held to a 0-2 defeat. Forge were once again able to dominate the match through possession and created the higher quality chances but were unable to find the back of the opposing clubs net. Valour opened up the scoring when former Forge FC USport draft pick Guillaume Pianelli scored the opener in the 39th minute. Valour would go on to grow the deficit with Walter Ponce scoring in the 63rd minute. Forge FC would push to score a goal but were unable to breakthrough.

Forge FC remain in third place in the Canadian Premier League with a total of 16 points.
