Forge FC Unveils 2023 Threads With Epic Hamilton Video

Forge FC is giving Hamiltonians a pulse check with their promotional video featuring the new home and alternate kits of the CPL champions for 2023.

Hamilton’s Canadian Premier League soccer club showed off its 2023 threads ahead of the new season.

Presented at a release party on Tuesday, March 14 at Tim Hortom Field in the evening at approximately 7:00 p.m.
Forge FC players appeared in custom-designed Macron primary and alternate kits for fans, paying homage to Greate Hamilton.

Forge will once again wear the orange jersey at home this season.
The main kit prominently features a six-link chain attached around a cinquefoil, the plant featured on the Hamilton city flag.
Each steel link represents a regional municipality, including Ancaster, Dundas, Flamborough, Glanbrook, Hamilton, and Stoney Creek.
“From there, the chains cascade ever larger along the length of the jersey using an abstract tone-on-tone sublimated print,” according to an official press release introducing the new kits. “

The mostly orange kit includes hints of steel and white accents throughout, including the collar and cuffs.

“Hamilton city pride stands out on the back of the jersey.”

Making his return in 2023 for Forge is a black alternative kit that pays homage to the city’s history and hard-working diversity.
“A steel chain accent between each black chevron on the front of the jersey further celebrates the link to our diverse and vibrant communities,” the statement read.

“The jersey is complemented by black sleeves and is accented with steel-colored stripes on the cuffs and collar.”
Both kits will feature the league’s new sponsor, CIBC, on the left sleeve of the jersey.
The CPL Champion North Star, which honors the current league champion, will be placed in gold below the Forge FC logo on both kits.
The kits will also display CPL’s Legacy patch on the right sleeve in honor of the three North Star Shields Forge FC have won in their history, won in 2019, 2020 and 2022.
Also Tim Hortons returns as the official kit sponsor of Forge for the fifth consecutive season.
